Kate performed a control test with 50 mL of pRG-1. 400 uL of the 50% Arabinose solution were added to the pRG-1 solution. A 24 test with 12 readings per hour was done on the LoggerLite application with the conductivity meter.
PCR was done of the Swt and S105 genes sent from Ry Young at Texas A&M. We got a PCR product of the S105 gene around approximately 350 base pairs.
