Resistance Apparatus Design

We needed to create an apparatus that could hold multiple plates so that multiple controls and experiments could be run in parallel:

5 across

1. culture alone
2. lb alone
3. culture + reagent
4. lb + reagent
5. previously lysed cells+ reagent

3 down (3 trials of each solution)

Constructed 3 layer wall of legos around the 15 plates with arms in each corner of the wall to support the cardboard which will hold the wires in place

frame: 13.75 in. x 9.00 in. (3 sides) top: 28.8 cm x 19.1 cm

wires slipped through cardboard distance between each wire in plates 0.25 in. and 1.73 in. into plates
