Miscellaneous

We worked some more on the poster and the presentation. We also finished 'ethics and human practice', this will be uploaded to the wiki soon.

We tested the input, the output and the hybrid promoter by measuring the fluorescence with a FACS apparatus. The exact protocol will be put on the data analysis page of this wiki. To test the output we used [http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_K145201 K145201]+[http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_K145205 K145205], to test the input we used [http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_K145201 K145201]+[http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_R0040 R0040]+[http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_E0240 E0240] and to test the hybrid promoter we used [http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_K145270 K145270]+[http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_K145150 K145150]+[http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_E0240 E0240]. The results of the input looked very promising. The results of the output were good, but there are some issues. The hybrid promoter failed - maybe the construct wasn't correct.
