Miscellaneous

  • Poster & presentation
  • The results of the sequencing of [http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_K145201 K145201]+[http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_K145205 K145205], [http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_K145201 K145201]+[http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_R0040 R0040]+[http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_E0240 E0240], [http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_C0060 C0060]+[http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_K145257 K145257] and [http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_K145270 K145270]+[http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_K145150 K145150]+[http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_E0240 E0240] arrived today. We checked it and most of them are fine. Only [http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_K145270 K145270]+[http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_K145150 K145150]+[http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_E0240 E0240] was wrong (this construct misses some parts, so the ligations went wrong somewhere). This is probably the reason why the test of the Hybrid Promoter failed.
