The parts that were electroporated yesterday, all gave colonies. However the colonies containing the parts K145280 and K145279 were fluorescent and they shouldn't have been. There probably is something wrong with the construct of these parts (TetR is not constitutively produced). On the bright side, the alternative for these parts (J23116+B0034+C0040+B0015) or K145201 also gave colonies, so there's still hope.
