Made LB liquid media

- Two 750ml batches
Plasmid prep

- Took 1 ml of the overnight Biobrick cultures to inoculate 100 ml LB+amp100. Incubated 8 hours at 37C with shaking (150 rpm). Stored in 4C until tomorrow morning.
