Deliverables

We've produced quite a few deliverables in this project. Of course these include our thermometer RNA thermoparts (find sequences here), an extensive ethics report on synthetic biology, a model for the use of color producing enzymes in a biothermometer and a design method for temperature sensitive RNA-hairpins. The part below states the iGEM deliverables of our project, as suggested on the iGEM website.

Bronze medal requirements

  • Have a great summer
  • Project summary submitted
  • See our wiki

  • Safety questions answered
  • Submit BioBrick DNA

Silver medal requirements

  • Demonstrate working new BioBrick
  • Characterize the operation of at least one new BioBrick Part or Device

Gold medal requirements

  • Human practice advise on our wiki
  • Cooperation with the Dutch Groningen team
  • Add information on an existing BioBrick: We've added a user experience on [http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_R0080 BBa_R0080] and [http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_J52008 BBa_J52008] on the registry.
