We performed an OD600 against time growth curve for B. subtilis. The results are shown below:

Dry Lab

Motility

Took 20 videos, binned x4 to a frame rate of 27.9fps, more than twice the rate at which previous videos were taken. However, video quality is not as good as before, but cells can still be easily distinguished.

Growth Curve

Obtained sigmoidal curve for bacteria growth using MATLAB.
