Wet Lab

B.subtilis

  • A test protocol for the calibration curve for OD600 vs colony forming units was carried out today. The aim was to define suitable ranges of dilution plating that can be used across a suitable range of OD600 values.
  • The results are summarised on the graph below and the dilution factors used in the table below:
