Dry Lab

  • Tracked another 15 cells from the third video.
  • Updated cell tracking criteria, and uploaded examples of cells which failed our criteria (in .gif format) to illustrate.
  • Histogram of mean velocities for all 45 cells tracked from Wednesday's sessions was plotted. It looks like it follows a Maxwellian Distribution.
