Testing the Primers

The PCR products were run on two different 1.5% agarose gels. Also a marker was run on the gel. The expected band sizes are ~550bp for IDI, ~900bp for ISPA and ~1200bp for ATOB. The pictures are shown below:

Live stabs

All the live stabs cultures have grown in 5 ml LB + A. We've made glycerol stocks, plated them and grown them in 50 ml LB medium + A o/n again to perform midiprep tomorrow.
