  • Made subcultures:
    • Patches from Plate 99 (L32, pSB1A2+crtB+crtI) to Plate 102.
    • Patches from Plate 101 (L31, pSB1A2+glgC-mut1,2) to Plate 103. (CF)
  • PCRs P59 (pSB1A2+crtY) and P60 (pSB1A2+rbs+crtY) performed, ran on unnumbered gel, purified and self-ligated (L36-L37). (CF)
