Miniprep
We've miniprepped all the thermosensitive parts today.
Protein and luciferase measurements
The luciferase measurements were not very good. The FastPrep seems to be a bit too rough for the luciferase. Only K115012 and K115031 (which gave highest expression in the sonication experiment) had any activity. But it still wasn't much (absolute luminescence didn't go above 200 lum, whereas with sonication it was above 40000)
